Wellness creator persona

One persona. One face. Fifty-three reels.

Eden is the in-house reference persona we built to test the chain end to end. She runs continuously across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, one operator, no creative team.

The problem

What the brand needed before AllUGC.

We needed a way to prove every claim AllUGC makes against reality. A working coach persona running for months without intervention, posted daily, on real public accounts. Not a hero render. Not a demo. A persona that runs.

Most AI video tools ship a clip; almost none ship a calendar. The internal bar was three weeks of continuous daily posting on two platforms with one face that stays the same across every reel. Nothing on the market does that out of the box.

The process

How the chain runs for this brand.

Eden is a 27-year-old fitness coach in the wellness and supplements niche. We built her once: five reference photos, a tuned voice profile, a 40-entry hook bank, and a 7-day rotation across four content pillars (struggle, education, lifestyle, convert). Then the chain ran her.

Each reel takes about three minutes end to end. The script chain picks the day's hook from the bank, writes the script aligned to that day's pillar, generates the still with the locked face, runs lipsync, and a four-dimension critic scores the result. Reels that pass auto-publish to her Instagram and YouTube accounts. The operator checks the dashboard the next morning.

Nothing about Eden is hand-curated past the initial brief. The same chain is what brand customers run for their own personas in the operator app.

The outcome

What shipped, and what the numbers say.

Eden has shipped 53 published reels across 60 days. The combined engagement rate is 4.63 percent, the lifetime API cost across every model call is nineteen dollars, and there has not been a day in the rotation where the calendar was empty.

The number we care about long term is engagement at fifty thousand cumulative views per persona; Eden is not there yet, and we have said so on the page where these numbers first appeared. The case study is real. The math is fragile at this volume. We keep posting and we keep the page honest.
