AI persona briefer.
Spec a creator in 60 seconds.
Most persona generators build audience profiles (who you sell to). This builds a creator profile: the AI character that ships your daily reels. Look, voice, pillars, hooks, sample reel. The exact brief AllUGC uses to spin up a new persona.

How to use the brief
Every field maps to a real setting.
The brief isn't generic content marketing copy. Every field is exactly the data structure AllUGC's engine uses to ship a persona. The look description goes into the gpt-image-1 face-lock prompt. The voice profile shapes the ElevenLabs voice tuning. The 7-day pillar rotation is the calendar the engine cycles through. The hook bank seeds the opening-line generator. The sample reel idea is what your first published video could look like.
Use the brief two ways. One: as a planning artifact share it with your team, get agreement on the persona, refine the niche, lock the voice. The single most common reason AI personas die after 20 posts is that the brief was vague at launch. This tool forces specificity early.
Two:as input to a shoot or generation pipeline. If you have a human creator, hand them the look description + voice profile + sample reel and they can produce week one without follow-up questions. If you're building with an AI tool (ours or anyone's), the brief lifts directly into the persona config.
What you're getting
Six fields. Every one production-ready.
01
Persona name
A real-sounding name anchored to the niche. Not 'Brand AI', not 'Niche Bot'.
02
Look description
60-100 words specific enough for an image model to render the face consistently across 100+ reels.
03
Voice profile
Tone, cadence, anti-patterns, sentence length, signature rhythms. The audio fingerprint.
04
7-day pillar rotation
One pillar per day with an example hook. Built around the content goal you picked.
05
10-hook starter bank
Across seven archetypes. The opening 3 seconds for the first 10 reels.
06
Sample reel idea
One specific reel this persona could ship next Monday. Shape, hook, three shots.
You have the brief
Now ship the persona daily.
The brief is the spec. The hard part is what comes after: generating the face, tuning the voice, composing each reel in the right shape, posting daily, watching what lands. AllUGC turns a brief into a live persona that ships on autopilot.
Frequently asked
Questions about persona briefs.
What's the difference between a creator persona and an audience persona?
An audience persona describes who you sell to (Sarah, 28, urban, wellness-curious). A creator persona is the opposite: who appears on camera (Eden Brooks, 26, UK, wellness skeptic). Most persona generators target audience personas. This one targets creator personas because that's the upstream constraint: you can't ship a daily reel until you've locked who's in front of the camera.
Can I use this brief without AllUGC?
Yes every field is generic enough to hand to a human creator, a video agency, or any AI tool. The look description goes to whoever's generating images or shooting; the voice profile guides scripting; the pillar rotation drives the content calendar. Use the brief however you want. AllUGC ships from this brief end-to-end if you want the engine.
How specific should my niche input be?
Specific. 'Wellness' is too broad. 'UK wellness for women 25-35, supplement skepticism' is the right shape. The tool produces sharper output when the niche has clear opinions baked into it. Vague niche = generic persona; opinionated niche = persona with point of view, which is what actually performs on social.
What if my voice tone is hard to describe?
Leave that field blank the tool picks a defensible default for your niche. If you want to steer it, use 2-3 adjectives that anchor opposite poles: 'warm but dry', 'confident but skeptical', 'measured, never preachy'. The contrast is what makes a voice distinctive.
Why does the brief include a 7-day pillar rotation?
Single-pillar accounts plateau fast on the algorithm. The rotation builds in variety so your feed has range (e.g., struggle / education / lifestyle / convert), which protects you from the 'every reel feels the same' burnout that kills most AI persona accounts at the 30-day mark.
Will the persona work for B2B or technical niches?
Yes we've generated briefs for B2B SaaS founders, fintech, dev tools, and developer-experience niches. The pillar shape shifts (more education / contrarian, less lifestyle), but the persona structure is the same. Try it; you can re-run if the first pass doesn't feel right.
