Without the UGC creators.

AllUGC is the AI content engine for daily, on-brand UGC. Built for brands, creators, and agencies who need a daily presence but can't hire a content team.

Private beta. Hand-picked early users. ~3 min per video.

What is AI UGC, really

UGC, but the actor never leaves your control.

User-generated content is the highest-converting format on social. Feeds look human, talks-to-camera converts better than polished b-roll, and platform algorithms favor it. So brands started hiring UGC creators to make it. The problem: they cost $200-300 a video, take two weeks per turn, and your brand voice drifts every time you switch creators.

AI UGC fixes that by letting one persona, your founder, your spokesperson, your own face, or an AI character you build, record every video. Same face, same voice, same brand architecture, every single day. The platform handles idea generation, scripting, image generation, lip-sync, and posting. You handle the brand.

The result is the consistency you couldn't get with 5 different freelancers, at 1/600th the cost, in 3 minutes per video instead of 2 weeks.

What AllUGC ships, daily

One face. One voice. A new reel every morning.

01

The same face on every video

Upload 5 reference photos once. Every video uses that locked identity. Your audience recognizes you immediately. No creator-of-the-week confusion.

02

Your voice profile, tuned

Cadence, vocabulary, anti-patterns. The script lands sounding like you wrote it. Same person across every reel, not generic 'AI voice'.

03

Hooks from a tuned bank

40+ hooks built around your niche: mixed across question, statement, contrarian, story, problem types. Pre-tagged to your content pillars.

04

Daily on Instagram + YouTube

The engine posts to your Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on a schedule. TikTok / LinkedIn / X export as render-ready 9:16 you can ship from your existing tool.

05

Quality gate before publish

Every video is scored on four dimensions before it ships. Below-bar takes get re-rolled or dropped. The feed you wake up to is already pre-filtered.

06

Analytics back to you

Views, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth per reel, per platform, per persona. Reported back to your dashboard every 6 hours so you see what landed before you brief the next batch.

Background

What AI UGC video actually is, and why it works now.

UGC stands for user-generated content. In its original form, it was anything posted by real customers or fans of a brand. Over the last five years, marketers stretched the term to cover anything that looks like it was posted by a real person. Selfie-shot. Conversational. First-person. Slightly imperfect. The opposite of a glossy ad. That aesthetic outperformed produced content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts by 2–5x on every metric that mattered, which is why D2C brands started paying creators $150–$500 per video to shoot it.

AI UGC video is content that delivers the same selfie-shot, first-person aesthetic without a human in front of the camera. An AI avatar plays the role of the spokesperson. Their face is consistent across every reel (you upload 5 reference photos once). Their voice is yours, or a tuned brand voice. The scenes around them are AI-generated or composed from a library. The hook bank, content pillars, and posting schedule are all configured up front, then the engine ships daily. The output is a 9:16 reel that's functionally indistinguishable from a human-shot UGC clip at every metric a feed algorithm scores.

The category is suddenly viable because three things happened in 2024–2026. Image generation models started rendering hands, eyes, and skin in a way that survives a fast scroll. Lip-sync models got frame-accurate, so the persona's mouth tracks the audio rather than ghosting. And platforms stopped flagging AI content as long as it's disclosed. Meta's 2026 policy is the clearest signal: AI content is fine; misleading content is not. Disclose the AI label on the account and the algorithm treats your reels like any other.

The economic shift is bigger than the technical one. A creator charging $300+ per UGC video produces 1-2 reels a day at best, with weeks of lead time between brief and finished video. An AI content engine ships continuously, under one locked persona, with no calendar negotiation. The brands winning the feed in 2026 aren't the ones with the biggest budgets they're the ones shipping daily, compositionally on-brand, without a creator team bottleneck. AllUGC exists to be that engine.

Quick answers

Common questions.

Is AI UGC allowed on Instagram and YouTube?

Yes. Both platforms allow AI-generated content as long as it's disclosed in line with their AI-content policies (which we walk you through during onboarding). The platforms care about misleading users, not about whether the camera was real.

Can I use my own face instead of an AI character?

Yes, and most early users do. You upload 5 reference photos of yourself, and every video uses your locked face. The 'AI' is the production, not the identity.

How much does it cost per video?

Pricing is per-brand monthly across four tiers (Brand, Studio, Agency, Enterprise) not per-video. The monthly fee covers persona briefing, daily reel composition, auto-publishing to all 4 platforms, and analytics back to your dashboard. See the pricing page for the full tier breakdown.

Can I post on a schedule?

Yes. Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts auto-post via our GitHub Actions cron. TikTok / LinkedIn / X export as 9:16 mp4 that you upload via your existing tool until those direct integrations land.

How is this different from Arcads or HeyGen?

Both are powerful tools but they're point solutions: Arcads generates UGC clips, HeyGen generates talking-head avatars. AllUGC runs the whole stack daily: idea, script, image, video, quality gate, post, analytics. You get a feed, not a clip.

How we differ

AllUGC vs the other AI UGC tools.

The AI UGC category has crowded fast. Most tools fit one of two shapes. The first is a stock-avatar library: pick a face from a menu of 1,000+ pre-built characters, paste in a script, get a talking-head clip. Arcads, Creatify, and HeyGen all anchor here. They're fast to first output and great for testing ad variants, but the brand you ship is the avatar library's brand, not yours. Switch tools next quarter and the face on your feed changes.

The second shape is a clip generator: write a script, get a 30 to 60 second AI-generated video. MakeUGC and Bandy AI fit here. Output is one-off, manual to publish, and the cadence question ("how do I ship daily") is left to you. You become the bottleneck every other tool was supposed to remove.

AllUGC is a different shape: a daily content engine, not a clip generator. Three things specifically differ. The first is identity lock. You upload 5 photos of your face, your founder, your spokesperson, or a custom AI persona we build with you. That face shows up on every reel the engine produces. No avatar swap, no library churn, no persona drift across campaigns. Your audience recognises one specific person every time they scroll past you, which is what gets a stranger to follow.

The second is multi-shot composition. Tools in the avatar-library category only produce single-shot talking heads. Real winning Reels are rarely single-shot. The composition is a hook frame, a persona moment, a product cut, an image card, a stat callback, a CTA. AllUGC composes reels in any of these shapes (see our six reel-shape recipes for the breakdown). Persona content is one mode; demo content, image-led content, list content, comparison content, and stat-led content all ship from the same engine.

The third is the publish step. Most AI video tools stop at "render an mp4." AllUGC posts the reel directly to Instagram and YouTube Shorts on your schedule. No daily download/upload chore. Set it up once during onboarding, then your feed fills itself overnight. The full workflow, end to end, lives in one place.

If you're comparing across the category, the question to ask each vendor is: "Can it ship reels in five different compositions to my profile on Monday without me touching it?" That's the bar AllUGC was built around.
